Before You Pick a Size

  • Rates shown are the starting monthly rate for new rentals, and are subject to availability and change without notice.
  • Existing tenants keep the rate set out in their own rental agreement.
  • A one-time $20 administration fee applies to all new rentals. There is no security deposit.
  • All rentals are month-to-month — no minimum term, no long contract.
  • Automatic payment with a valid debit or credit card is required for all new tenants.
